I've got a 4k or so balance on an mbna card that has a high rate and want to move it to another card with an interest free period or lower rate for transferered balances.

can anyone reccomend a good card to appy for to transfer the balance over? original is on mbna, so it can't be anything to do with them (some cards seem to be related behind the scenes??)
